Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance, repair, and upgrade tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our clients. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for fixing things, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other areas
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and landscaping
- Repair or replace broken or faulty equipment and fixtures
- Install new appliances, fixtures, or equipment as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
